The right REALTOR® can make all the difference.

Meet Sam.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to visit my site and learn more about me. I believe that the right realtor can make all the difference when buying and selling a home, and I hope that you’ll trust me to guide you through this process every step of the way!

I’m a Marine Corps veteran, a military spouse, and a soon-to-be adoptive father. I’ve been a renter, a buyer, and a landlord, and I’ve personally purchased both new and existing homes. My wife and I have been sight-unseen overseas military buyers, anxious buyers of a new build dealing with supply chain and permitting issues, and we’ve also been first-time flippers living in our very own construction site… Needless to say, there’s a very strong chance that I’ve been in your shoes!

Prior to starting my career in real estate, I spent eight years in government finance: First as a Marine and DoD Certified Financial Manager, then as a Business Analyst for the City of Maricopa, Arizona. I have a thorough understanding of the financial impacts that come with a real estate transaction, and it’s my mission to help you navigate the process. I understand that a home is the single largest asset that most people will ever own, and I don’t take my responsibilities as a realtor lightly. I’m here to help and to keep YOUR best interests in mind!

Why real estate?

I got into this business for a number of reasons, but my primary goal is to fill the gaps in service that my wife and I experienced when buying our first home. We were first-time military buyers buying sight-unseen from overseas in the middle of a pandemic, and I’ll tell you this: The process wasn’t easy!

It was SO hard to find quality listings that met our selection criteria: Properties were often listed with inaccurate or incomplete information, pictures would be poorly taken and wouldn’t show every aspect of a home, and 3D/virtual tours were few and far between. We felt as if we did more work than our realtor, and the process of finding and working with a lender was harder than it had to be.

Our offers were rejected time and time again, and we had no idea what to do when we finally got our offer accepted. Signing and notarizing documents was difficult, and the title company was slow to respond to questions. When we finally moved into our new house, we had no idea who our utility companies were, where the mailbox was, or even which fire department’s jurisdiction we fell under.

I want everyone I know to capitalize on the incredible benefits of home ownership, but I don’t want anyone to struggle through the process like I did!

So, again, why real estate?

Because you deserve better.

You deserve an agent who works hard, communicates, and keeps you on track.

Most importantly, you deserve an agent who will go above and beyond to make your life as easy as possible.

I’m in this business for YOU.
